LEGENDA.

Decide before the pressure comes.

What an athlete brand really is

Reputation is what people believe about you today. A brand is what you actively build for tomorrow.

Your performance is one part of it, and you have that covered. An athlete brand is everything around it: what you stand for, how you speak, what you share and what you keep to yourself, who you work with, and what people say about you when you are not in the room.

Right now you have a reputation. It happens to you, and it fades after your last game. A brand you build, on purpose, month after month. That is what we do with you.

Why it matters

Athletes have a team around them. A coach for performance. A nutritionist for what goes into the body. An agent for the contract. More and more, a mental coach for the pressure. There is a fifth dimension that rarely gets the same attention: your personal brand.

Talent and hard work are no longer the whole story. Clubs, leagues and brands also look at who you are, what you stand for and who follows you.

And the big moments in a career come with pressure: a transfer, a partnership offer, sudden attention, good or bad. If you haven't decided who you want to be before that moment, you decide under pressure. Or somebody else decides for you.

It starts with a conversation.
